What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, and the details you choose to share about buying or selling. We do not ask for financial account numbers or government ID numbers through this site.

Like most websites, the hosting provider also records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. If analytics are enabled, that data is collected in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to follow up about the real estate help you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation. You may receive an automated first reply by email confirming we received your message. We do not sell your information.

Who it is shared with

Your details are stored with the service providers that run this site and its lead handling: the website host (Netlify), the email provider used to send notifications and replies, a private spreadsheet used to track inquiries, and, for automated replies, an AI service that drafts the email from your message. These providers only process the data to deliver those services. Information may also be shared with Real Haven Realty as the sponsoring broker, or where required by law.

Text messages

We will not send you marketing text messages unless you have separately agreed to receive them. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Your choices
