A master-planned community on the west side of the Las Vegas valley, next to Red Rock Canyon.
Summerlin covers much of the west side of the Las Vegas valley, running up to the edge of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. It’s made up of dozens of villages, each with its own parks and trails, plus Downtown Summerlin for shopping and dining.
Homes range from condos and townhomes to single-family homes and new construction. Many villages have an HOA, and some homes also pay a Summerlin association fee, so I’ll lay out the full monthly cost for any home you’re looking at.
