A Fort Bend County city along I-69, next door to Missouri City, centered on Sugar Land Town Square.
Sugar Land sits southwest of Houston along I-69 (US-59), bordering Missouri City. Sugar Land Town Square, with City Hall, shops, restaurants and events on the plaza, is the center of town, and the Imperial Sugar refinery site has been redeveloped nearby.
Neighborhoods range from established subdivisions with mature trees to master-planned communities and newer construction. Most homes fall in Fort Bend ISD, but always confirm the assignment for a specific address.
