Established neighborhoods and master-planned communities in Fort Bend County, southwest of Houston, with quick access to Sugar Land and Beltway 8.
Missouri City sits just southwest of Houston in Fort Bend County, between Sugar Land and Pearland. It has a mix of established subdivisions from the 1970s through the 2000s and newer master-planned communities, so buyers can choose between mature trees and larger lots or newer homes with community amenities.
Most of the city is a short drive from Beltway 8, the Fort Bend Toll Road and US-90A, which makes commutes into the Medical Center, Downtown and the Energy Corridor workable depending on the hour.
